Don Giffin is the Chairman of Giffin, Inc. He is a year veteran of the specialty contracting business. Learning the business from the ground up, Don has experience within the markets his organization serves that is second to none. Since the inception of Giffin, as a direct result of knowledge, integrity, and leadership, Don has produced a global leader in surface finishing systems.
Gary Zelinsky is the Chief Financial Officer at Giffin, Inc. He is a year veteran of the specialty automotive equipment industry. Prior to joining Giffin years ago, Gary began his career at Durr Industries as a junior accountant, steadily rising to the position of Vice President – Finance. Gary holds an MBA from Wayne State University, as well as a BBA from the University of Michigan.
Shane Gerkin is the Chief Operating Officer at Giffin Inc. He has years’ experience in the Paint Finishing Industry. Prior to joining Giffin Inc. Shane worked for both AB Myr, and ABB where he held positions as Proposal and Estimating Manager, Director of Engineering and Design, and Vice President of Operations. Shane has earned a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleary College.
Dominic Ventola is Vice President of Operations at Giffin Inc. He has over years of experience working in large, high-volume manufacturing settings, including the Paint Finishing industry. Prior to joining Giffin Inc., Dominic spent a long career with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) where he held numerous positions including the Plant Manager of the Belvidere (IL) Assembly Plant, and the North American Director of Manufacturing Engineering for General Assembly. In addition, he spent over 20 years directly managing the operation of several FCA paint facilities in both Canada and the United States. Dominic holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Daniel Burnard is Vice President of Contract Administration at Giffin, Inc. Dan has performed Contract Lifecycle Management and Cost Management for over years within the Power Generation and Paint Finishing sectors of construction, including the last years at Giffin, Inc. Prior to joining Giffin, Inc. Dan worked for Bechtel Power, ABB and Detroit Stoker in various positions, including Contract Management, Project Management, Sales Management and Cost Administration.
