Important consideration is required when selecting materials of construction to ensure compatibility, as well as designing the system to accommodate these materials. Whether the material is benign, like most sealants, or more aggressive, like low PH acids, selecting the right system components is crucial to trouble-free operation and safety.
Workmanship and quality can never be discounted in such systems, and requires individual attention to types of fittings, valves, as well as mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize failures.
