Richard Giffin has been involved in the paint finishing industry for over 18 years. Learning the business from the ground up, Richard has held successful tenure in all areas of the business, including field operations, engineering – design, purchasing, proposal – estimation, sales and marketing. Richard succeeds his father, Don Giffin, as the new President and CEO of Giffin.

I have had the opportunity to learn and work alongside some of the industry’s most talented veterans since I started my career in field operations at age 19. I would like to thank my grandfather for his vision in starting this company in 1949, and most importantly, my father, for his guidance and wisdom helping instill the core values of what it means to be a true leader, operating with vision and integrity everyday.
